B.Sc Candidate at Simon Fraser University

I'm Michaela, a 23-year-old pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Simon Fraser University. Outside of my academic life, I’m actively involved in a nonprofit organization that rescues dogs from shelters in California. When I’m not volunteering, you’ll likely find me playing volleyball with friends or getting lost in a good book.
Currently, I work at the SFU IT Center as an IT Service Desk and Audio-Visual Technician, where I support students and faculty with a wide range of technical issues. This role allows me to combine my technical knowledge with strong communication skills, ensuring that IT challenges are resolved efficiently and with excellent customer service.
